Reuniting The Pipes: The Re-Formation Of Westminster Pipe Band

Edmond, Oklahoma - Bruce Robertson, Pipe Major of the Westminster Pipe Band of Oklahoma, has announced that the band has re-formed after a 13-year hiatus.

Originally founded in 2005 by Robertson, the band experienced five years of competitive success, primarily in grade 3. Several long-time piping and drumming friends in the central U.S. shared a desire to be part of the re-formed band.

The current band is primarily composed of musicians from the central corridor of the United States, including, but not limited to, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, Missouri, and Texas.

The Westminster Pipe Band is an all-volunteer organization.
